Founded in September 2011, Shanxi KZJ New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereafter called the company or Shanxi KZJ) is a pioneering technological enterprise under XMABR Group (Securities Code: 002398). The company is also the research and industrialization base for multifunctional concrete additives of KZJ New Materials Group in southwest China, specially dealing with the market transformation and application of the scientific research achievements relevant to concrete additives.

Shanxi KZJ has planned to become the supplier of the largest scale and with the most powerful technical force in the five provinces in Northwest China for technology integration planning of concrete additive production and application. Located in Lantian Industrial Zone, Xi’an City, covering an area of 100 mu, the company has put a total investment of more than 200 million yuan into the project for establishing Xi’an Lantian concrete additives production base (for high-performance concrete additive), in which several water reducer production lines for polycarboxylate acid series, aminosulfonic acid series and aliphatic series, thermal insulation mortar production line and R&D center are listed in the planning. The base is mainly composed of production workshop, materials warehouse, finished product warehouse, laboratory, office building and water treatment station. Automatic DCS control production line which is designed by ourselves will be put into production to realize unmanned operation in the production workshop. The production line will be equipped with advanced equipment such as 25,000L glassed steel reaction kettle, 10,000L glassed steel reaction kettle and high-accuracy flow meter.

Shanxi KZJ promotes the development mode of cross region. Based on Shanxi, the company spreads itself to the Northwest China. Currently, the company has set up compound points in the cities including Hanzhong and Baoji with professional personnel to ensure technical support. Guaranteed by high-quality productivity and guided by Shanxi market to cover the regions including Ganshu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, the company’s product will be widely applied in the concrete projects of the construction fields such as industry, civil, transportation, water conservation, municipal, energy, port and military. In the initial development period, the company was honorably awarded as Year 2012 Advanced taxpayer of Lantian County.
