Ma Xiuxing, Ph.D, professor-level senior engineer, member of 11th Fujian Provincial Committee of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, founder of KZJ New Materials Group, is now the board director and vice president of XMABR Group and CEO of KZJ New Materials Group. Having been devoted herself to the development of new environment-friendly and energy-saving construction materials, Ma Xiuxing has acquired a number of research results of higher scientific value including 2 of international advanced level and 6 of national advanced level. She has won Xiamen science and technology progress award 3rd prize three times, Fujian province construction science and technology progress award 2nd prize twice and 3rd prize once, and Fujian province science and technology award 2nd prize once. As an expert in Fujian province new building materials field, Ma Xiuxing has more than 10 professional papers successively published on national and provincial key journals, and leads the company to realize industrialization production for a number of products, which has created significant economic and social benefits. Gui Miaomiao, Ph.D., senior engineer, member of Youth Committee of China Green Building Committee, is the current director of Technology and Information Center of XMABR Group She has directed and participated in several researches including “Study on self thermal insulation system of aerated concrete masonry”, “Building energy efficiency supervision system for Xiamen government office building and large-scale public building”, “R&D for new polycarboxylate series of high performance water reducer”, and editing a number of local standards like “Specification for application technology of dry-mixed mortar production”, “Specification for application technology of ready-mixed mortar production”, “Green building evaluation standard”, “Specification for application technology of autoclaved aerated concrete block”, “Specification for application technology of light partition panel”. Yu Feiyu, master, senior R&D engineer, has been working on the R&D and application of concrete additives and related agents. He has been familiar with the technology application and market development trend of concrete additive industry. He has directed or led completing 4 scientific researches: “Development and application of Point series concrete high-performance water reducer”, “R&D of sulfamic acid series high-performance concrete modifier”, “R&D of concrete chloride penetration resistance enhancer” and “R&D of polycarboxylate acid series new high-performance water reducer”, and won Xiamen science and technology award 3rd prize twice and 2nd prize twice, Xiamen Siming District science and technology award 1st prize once and Fujian science and technology award 3rd prize twice. Yu Feiyu has also participated in the draft editing for industry and local standards including “Anti-freezing agent for concrete”, “Plastering mortar plasticizer” and “Technical specification for concrete admixtures”. He has applied for 13 patents as main inventor with 4 patents authorized, and successively had more than 10 scientific papers published on national and provincial journals. Fang Yunhui, master, senior engineer, is currently the deputy director of Additive Research Institute of KZJ New Materials Group Co., Ltd., mainly in charge of the R&D and application of concrete additive product. With his strong sense of self-management, profound professional knowledge, strict and scientific working attitude, outstanding industry information collecting ability and scientific literature research capability, and the deep acknowledgement of the current situation and development trend of the specialized technical service, he has already become an expert in the research of concrete additive industry. Since 2008, he has directed and participated in a number of ministerial, provincial and municipal scientific researches, including 2 of ministerial and above level respectively “New materials & technology for concrete crack prevention in different age and its application” and “New technology and application of concrete crack control in full age”, 4 of provincial level mainly “Research and application of in-situ polymerization and function controlling technology of green superplasticizer”, “R&D of modern pumping concrete control technology and new type slump- and water-retaining materials” and “R&D and industrialization application of low-concentration polycarboxylic acid concrete reducer”, and 7 of municipal level mainly “Study on molecular structure design and synthesis of high-concentration polycarboxylate water reducer”, “R&D of hyperbranched polymer for amide type prestress high-strength concrete pipe pile”, “R&D and industrialization application of modified sodium lignin sulfonate water reducer”. By April 2014, he has won science and technology award once respectively on ministerial, provincial and municipal level, obtained 7 China invention patents (as first inventor, patents authorized) and had more than 10 scientific papers published (as first author).
Guo Xinqi, senior engineer, is currently the assistant to manager of technology department of KZJ New Materials Group Co., Ltd. in charge of technical service field of Additive Research Institute and branch company. The researches he has participated in as main researcher include: “R&D for new polycarboxylate series of high performance water reducer”, “Polycarboxylate series water reducer Point-400S set-retarder superplasticizer special for medium and low-strength concrete”, “R&D of hyperbranched polymer for amide type prestress high-strength concrete pipe pile”, “Study on molecular structure design and synthesis of high-concentration polycarboxylate water reducer” and “Research and application of preparation technology for ultra-high high performance concrete pumping and functional type superplasticizer”. He has more than 10 scientific papers successively published on national and provincial journals, obtained authorization of 6 China invention patents, and won Fujian science and technology progress award 2nd prize once, Fujian science and technology progress award 3rd prize once, Fujian excellent new product award 3rd prize once, Xiamen science and technology progress award 2nd prize once and Xiamen excellent new product award 2nd prize twice.
Yin Jianli, master, engineer, current the manager of technology department of Fujian KZJ New Materials Co., Ltd., has been engaged in development and research of new materials like concrete admixture and new building material admixture. She has participated in several projects and researches of domestic leading level such as “Industrialization base and research centre for Fujian concrete modified additive”, “Polycarboxylate series water reducer Point-400S set-retarder superplasticizer special for medium and low-strength concrete”, “Research on preparation and application of concrete coagulant suitable for low temperature environment”, “Study on modification optimization of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate water reducer mother liquid”, “R&D of urea formaldehyde series superplasticizer”, “Preparation research on ultra-high concentration polycarboxylate superplasticizer”, “Research on the adsorptive property of cement composition on polycarboxylate superplasticizer”, “Preparation and performance research on concrete air entraining agent”, “Development of anti freezing type polycarboxylate concrete superplasticizer” and “Study on key technology to enhance the anti carbonation performance of mid and low strength concrete”. She has directed the development of special admixtures such as admixture special for hydraulic concrete, grouting admixture of low bleeding, micro inflation and high performance, grouting compound of high strength and no shrink, thermal insulation mortar and admixture special for fire-proof plate, and has 3 scientific papers published on national and provincial journals and participated in 4 invention patents.
