Introduction: KZJ TS-1 is a kind of ethers polycarboxylate superplasticizer. It has a very strong cost advantage because it is a kind of low-cost polycarboxylate superplasticizer designed and compounded by polymer.

Features:

High water reduction rate: Based on the result measured according to GB8076-2008 “Concrete Admixture”, TS1 polycarboxylic acid mother liquid has a water reduction rate of up to 30% when mixed with concrete, and up to more than 18% with mortar, while in case of higher dosage of fly ash and slag, it has more economic effect.

High slump retaining: The slump loss of the fluid concrete prepared with compound with TS-1 water reducer mother liquid is much better than that with naphthalene series water reducer. TS-1 is particularly suitable for commercial concrete and pumping concrete.

The anti-freeze performance and anti-carbonation performance of concrete with TS-1 are much better than those of normal concrete.

The 28d shrinking percentage of hardening concrete with TS-1 is 20% lower than that of with naphthalene sulfonic acid series superplasticizer. TS-1 can effectively reduce the occurrence of shrinkage cracking of large area concrete such as floor slab.

High adaptability: The product is well adapted and compatible to various types of cement, expanding agent, fly ash and slag.
