Introduction: Point series low alkali type concrete expanding agent has advantages such as low content of alkali, stable expanding, and small dry shrinkage in later stage, and high strength. It can effectively prevent alkali-aggregate reaction and enhance water proofing ability of concrete structure. It is a newest generation concrete expanding agent. The product is applied in preparation of shrinkage compensation concrete and self-stress concrete and can effectively enhance the anti- permeability and cracking ability of concrete and improve cracking resistance and carrying capacity of structure components. According to the difference of compositions, the series is divided into three types: UEA, AEA and CEA

Features:

Excellent expanding effect: Concrete with Point series expanding agent has stable hydrates and produce micro inflation in early hydration to limit early shrinkage of concrete.

Excellent effect of anti- cracking and permeability: The micro inflation function of Point series can effectively compensate shrinkage to improve concrete compacting, reduce initial damage and defect and densify concrete interior. With Point series, the early tensile strength of concrete can be largely increased. The increased tensile strength can resist to the pulling stress generated by the shrinkage when the concrete starts to shrink, and thus prevent and significantly reduce concrete shrinkage crack and achieve anti- cracking and permeability effect. The anti-permeability level of the concrete with internal dosage of 8% Point series can reach more than P20.

Enhancing bond stress between steel bar and concrete: The compacting of concrete with Point is high. The micro inflation can thinner the water film layer between steel bar and concrete and enhance the positive pressure and mechanical bite force. The results of steel bar bond stress are shown in Table 3.

High durability: The durability of concrete with Point is high. The low content of alkali and chlorine ion in Point series can effectively prevent alkali-aggregate reaction and limit erosion to steel bar.
