Features: High chlorid ion penetration resistance: The inorganic compositions of Point-AC, evenly distributing in concrete cementing materials, can effectively improve the micro structures inner concrete and constitution of hydrates, enhance compacting and reduce porosity. Meanwhile, Point-AC can effectively adsorb solidification Cl, reduce the permeability speed of Cl in hardening concrete, and thus enhance the chlorid ion penetration resistance of hardening concrete. Higher sulfate resistance and carbonation resistance: Point-AC can effectively reduce the producing of Ca(OH) in hydrates and significantly enhance the sulfate resistance and carbonation resistance of hardening concrete. High water reduction: Point-AC has higher water reduction performance. Based on the result measured according to GB8076-2008 “Concrete Admixture”, it has a water reduction rate of more than 20%. On precondition of the same strength, it can save more than 20% cement. High reinforcing performance: Hardening concrete with Point-AC has significant reinforcing effect. Based on the result measured according to GB8076-2008 “Concrete Admixture”, the 3d, 7d and 28d compressive strength can reach 165-190%, 140-160% and 130-150% respectively with stable strength development in later stage. Excellent workability: Point-AC can effectively enhance the workability of fresh concrete. It can limit the occurrence of bleeding and separation well, and effectively reduce gradual loss of concrete slump, thus it has excellent workability. Enhancing bond stress to steel bar: Point-AC can improve concrete inner structure, enhance concrete compacting, reduce initial damage and defect and enhance the bond stress of concrete to steel bar, as results shown in Table 2.
