Admixtures for grouting Introduction: Taking high-strength material as aggregate and cement as bonding agent, Point-JGM is compounded by compositions of high fluidity, micro inflation and anti-cracking. Features: Great self-leveling: The superplasticizing composition of Point-JGM can effectively reduce the yield shear stress of mixture and make the mixture freely fill in the mould without vibrating and become self-compacting. Meanwhile, the functional compositions can effectively enhance the separation resistance to ensure the rapid flowing and harmonious flowing amongst each phase and each composition, thus ensure no layering, no separation and no bleeding. The mixture with Point-JGM can have high fluidity with little influence by temperature variation. Micro inflation and no shrinkage: According to the actual demand of customer, suitable product can be prepared with Point-JGM: 2h maximum compressive strength can be more than 20.0MPa while 1-3d compressive strength can be more than 30-50MPa. Excellent crack resistance: The incorporated functional fiber can limit the early plasticizing shrinkage and later dry shrinkage and self-shrinkage. With the excellent crack resistance, it can significantly enhance the volume stability of mixture. High durability: Due to the incorporated compositions which can improve concrete bulb structure system, the anti-freezing performance is significantly enhanced with lowest construction temperature of -5℃. With the excellent anti-freezing performance, the strength has nearly no loss after 50 times freeze-thaw cycles. It also has excellent anti-carbonation ability with carbonation depth of less than 1mm after 28d carbonation.
