Introduction: Point-B is an admixture special for hydrothermally cured concrete product (eg. PHC pipe pile product) and has effects of enhancing and energy-saving. It has features of high water reduction rate, low air entraining, excellent concrete workability and low alkali content and can create conditions favorable to the structure forming and strength development of concrete in curing period, to limit various factors causing damage to structure, and significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete hydrothermally cured, thus to obviously enhance the concrete performances like anti-freezing and anti-carbonation and realize high performance for heat curing concrete. At context of ensuring that the concrete macro mechanical property and durability are enhanced and improved, it can also reduce heat curing period, save energy and improve work efficiency by being combined with heat curing processing.

Features:

High reinforcing: Point-B is particularly suitable for hydrothermal curing like steam curing and autoclave curing with obvious reinforcing effect. The compressive strength after being autoclaved can reach 100MPa and keep stable development in later stage.

High water reduction: Based on the result measured according to GB 8076-2008 “Concrete and Admixture”, Point-B can have a water reduction rate of more than 25%.

Energy saving: Point-B has obvious energy saving effect. With 2.0% dosage, it can shorten the heating-up time and constant temperature time in meantime of ensuring the highest strength. The optimum heating rate and constant temperature time for open mould curing reference concrete is 10℃/h and 7h respectively; While as for heat curing concrete with Point-B can increase to 25-30/h and shorten to 3-3.5h respectively.

Excellent durability: Compared to reference concrete, heat curing concrete with Point-B has less 41.2% compressive strength loss after being frozen and thawed for 50 times, equivalent to12.2％ carbonation depth decrease in nature for 50 years.

Cement saving: At the meantime of ensuring both physical property and durability of heat curing concrete are significantly increased, the application of Point-B can save 15% cement.

High adaptability: The product is well adapted to various types of cement, and compatible to active mixtures like grinded slag.

Safety properties: Non-toxic, non-irritant, non-radioactive, nonflammable, non-explosive, non-dangerous, and no corrosive to steel bar.
