Introduction: Based on β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, Point-N100 (II) is non-air-entraining efficient liquid concrete water reducer with performance of high dispersion, low air-entraining and high early strength. The product is widely applied in cast-in-place concrete, premixed concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete in industrial and civil building construction, transportation construction, hydraulic engineering, municipal construction, harbor construction and so on.

Features:

Outstanding water reduction effect: Based on the result measured according to national standard GB 8076-2008 “Concrete Admixture”, Point-N100 (II) can have a water reduction rate up to 25% and even up to 28% on high fluidity concrete.

Low air-entraining: Generally, the air content of is less than 2%.

Excellent reinforcing effect: The hardened concrete with Point-N100 (II) has rapid strength development and reinforcing effect. Compared to reference concrete, 3d, 28d and 90d comprehensive strength is generally over 70%, 35~60％, and over 20% higher respectively. Moreover, it also has a stable long-term strength development.

Excellent workability: The concrete with appropriate dosage of Point-N100 (II) has a great thixotropic property with low bleeding rate under ordinary pressure and being pressured. The concrete mix is resistant to bleeding and separation with low pumping resistance, and easy to pump and transport. 

High adaptability: The product is well adapted to various types of cement and active admixtures such as air-entraining agent, expanding agent and fly ash and well complemented and activated by each other.

High durability: The concrete with Point-N100 (II) can effectively improve the pore structure of concrete and significantly enhance the durability indexes such as anti-permeability, anti-carbonation, wetting-drying cycle resistance, and freezing and thawing resistance.
