LETS Group is the parent company of KZJ. Its predecessor was Xiamen Institute of Building Research (XMABR), which was established with government approval in 1980 and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in China in 2010 (stock code: 002398.SZ).
It is the first construction research institution in China to be listed as a whole.
